1. Who we are

Topspin Racquet Sports provides in-person tennis and pickleball coaching at 717 North Palm Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34741. We also publish MatchIQ, a match charting and scoring app for tennis and pickleball.

2. What you are buying

There are two separate things you can purchase from us, and they are billed separately:

• Coaching services — private lessons, semi-private lessons, clinics and evaluations delivered in person on court. These are booked through our Contact page and paid directly to Topspin Racquet Sports.
• MatchIQ subscriptions — access to paid features inside the MatchIQ app, such as unlimited saved matches, point-by-point statistics and coach-built student plans. MatchIQ subscriptions are billed through Wave via the secure payment link on our website and inside the MatchIQ app.

3. MatchIQ subscription billing

MatchIQ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are recurring subscriptions: monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every twelve months, automatically, on the same calendar date as your original purchase, until you cancel.

The price, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes are shown to you on the Wave checkout page before you confirm your purchase. That confirmation screen is the authoritative price — figures listed elsewhere on this website are for information only and may lag behind a price change.

Wave processes the payment and sends you a receipt. Your subscription is charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.

4. Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel a MatchIQ subscription at any time by emailing jrackets@gmail.com or through the payment instructions on your Wave receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

When you cancel, you keep paid access for the remainder of the billing period you already paid for. At the end of that period your account reverts to the free tier. We do not delete your match history when a subscription ends, but access to paid features and paid exports stops.

We will notify you by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

5. Refunds

Subscription refunds are handled by MatchIQ. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or renewed unintentionally within the last 14 days, contact us at jrackets@gmail.com and we will review the charge.

Coaching services are refundable according to our cancellation window below rather than under this subscription policy.

6. Lesson cancellations and no-shows

For in-person coaching booked with Topspin Racquet Sports:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson for a full credit or refund.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full, though we will always try to reschedule you first.
• Lessons cancelled by your coach, or cancelled for unsafe weather or court conditions, are always rescheduled or refunded in full at no cost to you.
• Clinic and program fees cover a full session block; missed individual sessions within a block are not refunded but can often be made up in another group.

7. Coaching disclosures

Racquet sports involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Participants take part at their own risk and should be in suitable health for athletic activity. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete registration.

Coaching outcomes vary by player. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of ranking, tournament results, scholarship placement or any other competitive outcome.

8. MatchIQ data and accuracy

MatchIQ records match data that you or your coach enter. Statistics, trends and coaching recommendations are generated from that input and are provided for training purposes only. They are not officiating decisions and are not a substitute for a certified official or for medical, fitness or injury advice.

We store your match data to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data. You can request deletion of your MatchIQ account and associated data by emailing jrackets@gmail.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as our programs and the MatchIQ app change. Material changes to billing terms will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
